Note: Gilbert Willard Close, 44, of 1369 Bay Street died Saturday at his home. He was born Oct. 13, 1893, in Saginaw, and lived in the same house all his life. He married Miss Carrie Duff of saginaw Dec. 15, 1906. He leaves his wife; four daughters, Misses Mabel, Harriet, Shirley and Arloa Close, at home, and one sister, Mrs. Alice Barnett of Lansing. Funeral services will take place at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the W. L. Case Chapel. Dr. Henry W. Fisher will officiate and burial will be in Oakwood. |
