Note: Frank Close. 78. of the Town of Genoa. Husband of the late Lavinia Close, died last night at Auburn Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient nine days. Frank Close. 78. of the Town of Genoa. Husband of the late Lavinia Close, died last night at Auburn Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient nine days. Born in the Town of Locke. Mr. Close resided in the Town of Genoa most of his life. Surviving are eight daughters. Mrs. Herbert Bachelor. Mrs. Reta Davis, Mrs. Walter Dunshie. Mrs. Alice Hetrick. Mrs. Herbert Raymond. Mrs. Geneva Reese. Mrs. Lester Reeves and Mrs. Sterling Sennett, the last of Auburn; one sister, Mrs. Jennie Frisbie; 28 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p. m. Friday at the Rounds Funeral Home, New Hope. Burial will be at the Genoa Rural Cemetery. The Rev. Bernard DeGraw, pastor of the Locke Methodist Church, will officiate. |
